Damaged or Defective Products

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was sent
- The product arrived damaged
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.
Return Address
Please do not send your return to the address on the package.
