At Blooperry, your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to start a return

Email us at support@blooperry.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Return method & costs

Method: returns are sent back by mail to the address we provide after your request is approved.
Return shipping: free — we cover the cost of approved returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times by your bank or card issuer may vary.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, contact support@blooperry.com and we'll help you arrange it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
